Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as customer’s first contact point on servicing matters.
  • Greet and acknowledge customers promptly.
  • Attending to customer’s enquiries, complains, requests, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • SKM Certificates (Level 1, 2 or 3) / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
  • Able to communicate, interact, attending to Customers’ needs and provide professional advice to customers.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages an added advantage.
  • Computer literate.
