Position Description :

This position will support both global Projects and Common Process and Controls work. It will partner closely with the PMO to drive regional projects with focus on Ops Readiness and capabilities adoption.

This position will also support for various Common Operating Procedures, Common Process and some regional support work. While the primary focus is APAC where the position is based, some global / cross-

regional work will also be required

Position Responsibilities :

Proj Position Description :

This position will support both global Projects and Common Process and Controls work. It will partner closely with the PMO to drive regional projects with focus on Ops Readiness and capabilities adoption.

This position will also support for various Common Operating Procedures, Common Process and some regional support work. While the primary focus is APAC where the position is based, so ect Management :

  • Ops Readiness and adoption of capabilities delivered via projects
  • Understand existing business process, and compare to the functionality of the new system solution
  • Interact with the customer and department leads when necessary to work touch points into the new processes or documentation effectively driving operational readiness
  • Identify any gaps, and formulate approaches to close the gaps
  • Work with the IT group and business stakeholders on analyzing impact of new solution on existing systems and formulate plans to adjust effect systems -
  • identity scope, level of effort and duration

    Common Operating Procedures :

  • Design, vetting and approvals of Common Operating Procedures with the countries
  • Gapping against current processes to identify impacts and design implementation plan
  • Handling exceptions and process deviations
  • Providing training, testing and implementation / post-implementation support to the countries
  • Conducting Last Mile assessment and other Stay Common monitoring post deployment
  • Common Process :

  • Process definition and governance (change management) including alignment with MCA Gold
  • Partnering with countries on gapping, analysis and action planning
  • Follow through on action plans
  • Essential Skills : Technical Requirements :

    Technical Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • 5+ years or more years of progressive business and / or project management experience.
  • Previous global / international experience desired
  • Subject matter knowledge of the Fraud function
  • Understanding of and interest to advance own knowledge in regional business objectives, marketplace, competitive environment and customer experience factors
  • Strong process skills with ability to independently lead and conduct process definition, mapping, gapping, analysis, action planning and execution for the function globally
  • Presentation and communication skills to interface with leadership within the business and serve as a subject matter expert various topics and initiatives
  • Experience translating solutions to business requirements
  • Soft Skills :

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and simplify large, complex issues into a logical sequence
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Interpersonal skills to act as liaison between Operations (i.e. KL Hub, country Fraud teams), Technology and Business managers at regional, country and global level
