Position summary

  • Manage functional stream and drive theimplementation of Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Provide Solution inputs, design the overallsolution and interfaces required with other systems in the project scope
  • Act as point of contact for the stream and liaisebetween business users and the Implementation team
  • Run stream project management activitiesincluding task identification, work effort estimates, work schedules, trackingprogress against plan and budget
  • Interact with business leads to gather financerequirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Financials - collaborate with the technical developmentteam on solution design, test, re-
  • work and signoff, and work with businessleads to implement the solution developed

  • Lead functional solution design to addressclient’s business requirements including interface, extensions, reports designand any other guidance needed for technical track
  • Manage the documentation of the functionalapplication processes, and user procedures including any project relateddeliverables as assigned by the PM
  • Test configurations, business rules, extensions,enhancements, modifications
  • Management of the migration process into theproduction environment
  • Manage functional post go live support
  • Perform business process re-engineering andrecommend leading practices
  • Show initiative and creativity in developinginnovative work-around solutions or processes to advise clients
  • Facilitate the definition and documentation ofdetailed business requirements for various project requests
  • Manage / take part in hands-on implementationprojects end-to-end across all cycles of the project including support
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,CRP sessions, Testing, facilitate UAT, configure system, design customisations,testing of customisations, data conversion / migration and cut-
  • over activities ina project

  • Fully conversant with AIM methodology, OUMmethodology and any other standard methodology with hands-on experience inbuilding BR100, MD050, BP080, BR030, CV040 and / or equivalent in OUM like RD030,RD011, AN010,AN030, DS030, IM010, TE040 etc.,
  • Support technical team, DBA (as needed) duringthe pre-sales and build exercise during projects
  • Able to work on client system selection engagementsincluding collection of requirements, preparation of RFP and conducting ERP package and SI selection
  • Able to work on post implementation reviewsincluding system review to identify the gaps between user requirement andwhat’s configured in system and providing corrective actions
