Senior Manager, HR Analytics Description Your new role You would need to correlate business data and people data; establishing key connection that would further impact overall business and people performance.
You would need to be an adviser in providing HR data that has an impact on the organization as a whole. You then create strategies based on such information -
applying processes in analytics. What you'll need to succeed Undergraduate degree in industrial / organizational psychology, quantitative methods or related field.
Masters degree a plus. 5+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge of data science methods and techniques Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
