This position will perform and executes a defined range of administrative and advisory tasks related to global mobility and delegation activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures.
What are my responsibilities?
Liaising with authorities,local organzation units & cooperates with service provider on the work visa process.
Liaising with Immigration authorities & cooperates with service provider on the work visa process (Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass, Residence Pass and POEA clearance for Philippine employees).
Coordinate tax documents with vendors, assists with tax payment to Authority and extraction of year end data remuneration.
Assist in tax data extraction, preparation of Global Remuneration Breakdown and support routine enquiries on personal income tax from affected employees.
Preparation of monthly delegation allowances.
Preparation of monthly invoices charging related to GMM arrangements to local accounts and global countries.
Assist with creation, transmission and processing of data for new hiring, extension and repatriation between various stakeholders in the global mobility and local Human Resources.
Support routine inquiries related to GMM arrangements on delegation matters from affected organization units or employees.
Maintains files for all documents processed.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
A Degree in an discipline
Knowledge & understanding of Malaysia Immigration processes, guidelines.
Knowledge and understanding of Malaysian taxation
At least 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
Self starter, team player with good communcation skills and ability to work / communicate to all levels in organization
Good knowledge of Microsoft suites
