The Business

Willis Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards segment is about helping clients invest for optimal return in individual and organizational performance.

Organisations need effective talent and reward programs, processes and technology to deliver results. And that requires a talent and reward strategy that aligns with your business strategy.

We rely on data, analytics and experience to help pinpoint the talent and workforce needs that are vital to overall organisational performance.

We also develop strategies and design and implement programs that address these needs, drive higher performance and ensure the right return on an organisation’s investment in people.

We provide the data, tools, strategy, design and execution support essential to ensure organisation’s pay and other reward programs are cost effective and deliver the behaviour and performance needed.

The Role

As part project team deliver and manage assignments with clients. Active support in business development opportunities, revenue and leads projects in the area of Rewards.

Meets or exceeds Willis Towers Watson performance standards for financial reporting, revenue generation, financial management, client relationship management and work quality.

Responsibilities : Excellence


Assess the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins

Personally lead marketing and sales efforts for the Rewards practice in alignment with regional and company practices and initiatives

Actively represent Willis Towers Watson in the marketplace through varied public relations initiatives that build a strong brand image for our Talent & Rewards consulting business and support thought leadership

Act as a change agent for practice and office.

Project manage the work of other associates in a way that ensures profitable revenue for Willis Towers Watson, associate engagement and development and high client satisfaction

Think strategically in partnering with clients to form unique approaches to solving their business problems

Personally provide high quality consulting advice and deliverables to senior leaders in client companies in the areas listed above

Develop and manage selected key accounts in a way that results in long term client relationships with

Multiple lines of service across practices


Make a contribution to regional initiatives which support business results

Work closely with Segment, LOB and Practice Leaders and other senior consultants to create, then implement business plans that achieve profit and revenue goals

The Requirements

  • 4-6yrs of successful experience in adding value to client business results (pref. in a consulting role)
  • Exposure to Rewards / HR consulting such as Rewards, Executive Compensation and Compensation
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong market knowledge and established local network
  • Skilled at establishing credibility with management teams or boards and in discussing complex client business issues and potential solutions
  • Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives
  • Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
  • Proven project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals.
  • Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
