1 ) Coordinates the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of desktop hardware (computers, tablets, kiosks), software (client applications, systems, services) and peripherals (printers, scanners, multi-
function devices) in order to deliver service levels
2 ) Plans, manages and communicates desktop hardware, software and peripheral deployments and upgrades within project timelines and budgets
3 ) Prepares and maintains desktop documentation and materials that will proactively reduce problem and informational calls 4 ) Prepares, maintains and upholds procedures for monitoring and reporting desktop operations 5 ) Develops and maintains an inventory of desktop hardware, software and peripheral assets 6 ) Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Min education level : DEGREE 1 ) Degree holder with preference in IT, information systems or business-
related fields with a technology focus 2 ) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred, either in an end-user service based IT environment or from the technology professional services industry 3 ) Experience in maintaining SCCM
4 ) Strong analytical and problem determination / resolution skills and experience. 5 ) Must be a team player that can work under pressure with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
