Job overview :

We are looking for a manager / executive to develop and implement the L&D strategy and assess its outcomes. You will work with various stakeholders to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that enhance work performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate and conduct classroom, in-field and distance learning curriculum to sales and marketing personnel based on adult learning principles
  • Partner with sales and marketing to assess, design and deliver training solution to meet the objectives identified
  • Analyze and assess training effectiveness to identify opportunities for enhancements and customization to improve work performance
  • Create innovative training solutions to support blended learning methods
  • Utilize and maintain L&D platform and database to facilitate timely and relevant information on all training activities
  • Design and develop new training programs to support business needs
