JOB SUMMARY 1. Setup new telemarketing campaigns.2. Manage call center and ensure delivery of KPIs (on sales, productivity and quality control)3.

Drive and monitor telemarketers’ performance.4. Plan and ensure sufficient leads for telemarketing campaign.5. Provide product and core skill trainings to telemarketers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure call center achieve sales KPI

2.Ensure call center productivity and QA KPI

3. Monitor TMR’s performance closely and provide necessary coaching

4. Plan ad hoc challenges to improve the performance

5. Provide product trainings on new product and refreshment training on existing products to TMR on regular basis

6. Work closely with respective departments to setup new campaigns

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in telemarketing holding supervisory role
  • Competent and PCE certified
  • Good command in Malay & English
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Good knowledge in handling CRM & telephony system
  • Sales oriented with business sense & aggressive towards meeting or exceeding target
  • Self-motivated, able to lead and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication & written skills
  • Meticulous & able to work under pressure
