JOB SUMMARY 1. Setup new telemarketing campaigns.2. Manage call center and ensure delivery of KPIs (on sales, productivity and quality control)3.
Drive and monitor telemarketers’ performance.4. Plan and ensure sufficient leads for telemarketing campaign.5. Provide product and core skill trainings to telemarketers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure call center achieve sales KPI
2.Ensure call center productivity and QA KPI
3. Monitor TMR’s performance closely and provide necessary coaching
4. Plan ad hoc challenges to improve the performance
5. Provide product trainings on new product and refreshment training on existing products to TMR on regular basis
6. Work closely with respective departments to setup new campaigns
