This multi-disciplinary group of talented engineers is accountable for hardware, test program & test content development and integration to enable efficient & effective stress capability for all Intel products targeted for various market segments, e.
g. IOTG, Automotive and etc. PG QES team is seeking an experienced Product Burn In Stress Development Engineer to lead burn-
in stress enabling activities for IOTG product segment.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Responsible for physical understanding, model prediction and enhancement of quality & reliability for advanced products, transistor, interconnect, assembly / package and testing process
Defines Si / assembly / package qualification requirement and responsible for product qualification or technology certification
Defines / develops and conducts stress tests, DFX requirements and research on individual technology components as well as integrated circuit / products
Develop cost effective infant mortality (IM) screening schemes to ensure process is stable and products meet committed quality & reliability performance
Defines / develops effective and efficient burn-in stress capability to exert adequate aging stress in critical product qualification activities
Ability to coach other engineers and technically guide them
Degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Computer engineering, or other related fields of study with prior relevant work experience
Prior experience 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ with a Master's / PhD’s degree with preferred skills / knowledge in the understanding of semiconductor device physics, logic design, design for test, computer architecture, digital / analog circuits is strongly desired
Prior experience and willingness with hands-on work, specifically implementing test programs or using tester platforms to perform content debug and validation is a plus
Programming experience in one / more language : C / C++, Perl, Python, Java, VB, etc. strongly desired
Strong debug and data analysis skills using tools like JMP / Mini tab - Understanding of high volume manufacturing flows and script automation is a plus
Ability to work independently at various levels of abstraction
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams / customers is expected.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
