He / She implements actions and manages processes to drive business growth and ensures that key business targets are achieved.
This will be in line with accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan. In addition he / she will manage the GC client data base and drive GC enrollment in the Food & Beverage Department.
Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
