Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Provide problem determination, resolution of application / technical issues within the service level expectations set
Provide support and solutions to better utilize current IT Application systems in meeting user requirements, service and change requests
Develop and maintain business continuity plans for identified critical applications to ensure business continuity.
Conduct training and application demonstrations for business users
Maintain internal processes, quality standards and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards / audits
Ensure adherence of IT application development / deliverables within global templates and established standards
Share IT best practice within DKSH
Develop and maintain IT Application support processes / procedures in ensuring adherence to service level agreements and objectives
Resolve IT Application issues and escalate complex issues in a timely manner, according to service level agreements and objectives
Communicate user needs and prioritiesProvide support and ensure adherence to service levels
Demonstrate knowledge of IT system environments (e.g. Microsoft product operating systems, networking, platforms and databases, etc.
and implementation of IT applications (e.g. SAP, mobility applications, supply chain solutions, .Net and SaaS)
Demonstrate knowledge in providing application implementation support, issue identification and resolution
Demonstrate knowledge in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain / area of expertise
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
Up to five years' experience in similar role
