Responsibilities

  • Act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customers issues effectively and professionally
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct follow-up call and internal survey with our customers to collect feedback on SSI and related matters
  • Handle customer’s service appointment
  • Provide feedback and monitor the progress or status of cases
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report
  • Make sure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy
  • Requirements

  • Posses Diploma in related discipline
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, oral & written
  • Knowledgeable & experienced in customer is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, enthusiastic, independent & pro-active
  • A team player
  • Computer literate
