As the Generating Demand (Marketing& Commercial) Support Manager, you will be responsible for the GeneratingDemand Support (Marketing & Commercial) reporting and analysis across thebusinesses within Nestlé Malaysia and ensures flawless execution and highquality of deliverables.
Your responsibilities will be to :
Ensure thatthere is a process in place for Product Fixed Marketing Expenses (PFME), TradeSpend and Category Channel Sales (CCS) to be setup and maintained in a timelyand accurate way, which allows management full transparency on forecasts, gaps,risks and opportunities for this spend.
LeverageGroup Reports and KPI’s to provide market visibility on effectiveness andefficiency for Market PFME spend, Trade Spend, and any Market Specific Salesreports.
Provideaccurate and timely post evaluations of PFME and Trade Spend to Business Unitsfor analysis.
Support theMarket SPOC for Strategic Revenue Management preparation, utilizing the abovemarket tools and analysis that are completed together with the market toidentify opportunities and measure the execution.
Act asambassador for Finance & Control in their respective area and providerelevant training.
You must have the following :
Degree orProfessional Qualification in Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 7 years’experience with rock solid financial management, insightful business analysis,reporting and control, preferably in FMCG industry.
Solidunderstanding of business principles and best practices (data and processes) tosupport sustainability and drive performance
Solidknowledge of planning to produce, costing processes to design and manageinternal control systems for all scenarios (eg.
Own manufacturing, co-manufacturing),capital investment project control
