Work you’ll do
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant within Deloitte Digital, you are part of a team of creative, visionary minds of many disciplines who put future-
forward thinking into projects that push the edges of technology to support digital change of our clients. You’ll work alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines, deliver top tier Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment. You’ll :
Be expert in the Digital Marketing domain and have deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands.
Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
Supporting the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant in software or engineering discipline.
Expertise on Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Relevant certification(s) will be a plus.
Minimum 3 years of marketing technology consulting and implementation experience.
Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder.
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.
g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager).
Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself.
A natural team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and sharing knowledge.
Willing to push the technical limits and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-
term and long-term project assignment.
Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all
Ability to be mindfully present and appreciate the humour of each moment.
Positions may be based in Malaysia but project locations could be anywhere in the Asia-Pacific Region.
