Job Purpose :
This person is the functional business expert for Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes in ASIA IRIS Deployment team and reports to Finance Business Lead.
Project scope is the deployment of the IRIS SAP solution in ASIA covering 11 Legal Entities, 11 countries.
Responsible to lead tasks associated with Alcon’s Invoice to Cash (Credit management, Collection and Dispute management) processes, gathering business requirements from countries and connecting to approved standard solutions.
Highlights risks on the assigned processes to ASIA IRIS Management and strives for standardization and adherence to Finance Core processes accross the ASIA Region countries.
Works in collaboration and alignment with Global Core & Country business partners to ensure delivery of the divisional requirements.

Manages all business requirements with the country TCM / R2R business team members and highlights key risks / challenges for the related process
Drives IRIS template adherence from the countries, the IRIS Core model / best practices approach. Identifies solutions for deviations and strives for process excellence
Accountable for timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation with the key business stakeholders and ASIA Management team
Responsible for coverage of agreed LSTRs and BERs by the IRIS developed solution
Accountable for knowledge transfer to Affiliate’s process champions
Supervises activities for Testing, Training, Migration and Cutover in area of responsibility
Within above scope of responsibility operate according to internal standards, external audit standards, regulatory standards and legal requirements

Candidate must possess at least a University degree in Accounting / Finance or other business degree
At least 4+ years of experience within FRA / BPA activities in a Commercial organization, Region or Country scope.
Ability to globally understand end to end processes, impact of changes and drive process improvements
Experience in Project management and Process improvement initiatives within Novartis. Involvement over cross-functional and multi-cultural projects
SAP / JDE ERP functionality knowledge desired. Focus on month end closing activities and related reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate to Management, key stakeholders and business process experts
Strong analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to assess risks, prioritize items in stretched timelines and influence prompt action from key stakeholders
