  • To keep abreast of current merchandise trend on customer needs and wants as well as competitor performance and to plan the products assortment for new Wellness business.
  • To plan, monitor and control figure - gross profit, inventory turnover level, sales, price alterations.
  • To source best quality merchandise locally and overseas at the best cost price to ensure best profit margin gains.
  • Always ensure a better customer service and obtaining 1st hand info of stock rotation rates and to eliminate slow-moving items.
  • Conduct monthly meeting with operation team.
  • Maintaining good business relationship with supplier and related government bodies.
  • To prevent nil delivery from Distribution Centre and direct delivery supplier.
  • To work closely with the branches to ensure smooth running operation as to fulfill customers satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in health & beauty care category.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri.
  • Possess strong communication & negotiation skills, proficient in verbal and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
